Why should this problem be solved? Is it
important?
Who does this problem affect?
Is there a deadline on how much time I have to
solve this problem?
Ask yourself questions like
17. STEP 2
Gather Relevant
Information
Find out more about the problem
Seek for advice from trusted individual
Think about how you and others feel about the
problem
18. STEP 3

Solutions
Give yourself some time to think some possible
solutions
DO NOT RUSH FOR SOLUTIONS
Try to think of at least 3 possible solutions
19. STEP 4
Identify Possible
Consequences
For each decisions made, there is always pros and
cons
It's important to weigh both the positive and
negative effects of each decisions made
This will help to decide to choose which decision
works the best
20. STEP 5
Make a Choice
Choose the solution that best solves your problem
Don't overthink your choice
Believe in yourself and even if it's the wrong
choice, REMEMBER it's not the end of the world
Humans make Mistakes and you can learn from
Mistakes
21. STEP 6
Take Action
Create a plan on how you are going to execute
your choice
It's important to decide if you need help to to
implement the decision or want to do it on your
own.
22. STEP 7
Evaluate The
Outcome
Consider the results of the decision whether or not
the decision solved the problem.
If it did not solve the problem, can opt to try one of
the other options that was brainstormed in Step 3.
If you believe non of those alternatives will work,
can go back to Step 2 and gather more relevant
information.

SCENARIO 1 SCENARIO 2
WHAT DO YOU DO?
As the team leader, you
noticed that one of your
group member did not
contribute anything for the
assigned project.
As the Director of the theatre
team in your school, you
realised that your team
members are lacking in
cooperation for the play and
missing out practices due to
other commitments.
