is member of the International Crops Research Institute
for the Semi-Arid Tropics (ICRISAT) an agricultural
research organization.
Within ICRISAT, he working for the Knowledge Sharing
and Innovation department, where he deals with scientific
blogging and studies the phenomenon of cloud sourcing
and open science.
Since 2000 he is engaged in the open access movement
in India.
Recently Mr Muthu has authored a report on “Open
Access to Scholarly Literature in India” commissioned by
Center for Internet and Society, Bangalore.
