2. There are two types of sleep
1:-NREM(Non-Rapid Eye Movement)
2:-REM(Rapid Eye Movement)
NREM
Stage 1st :- Easy awake , and lightest sleep seen in this stage
Stage 2nd :-Light sleep , decrease core body temperature ,decrease heart rate,
decrease blood pressure
Stage 3rd Deep sleep, decrease core body temperature , decrease
blood pressure , decrease muscle tone
Stage 4th
REM
Stage 5th :- It is a dream stage , increase heart rate, increase
blood pressure, increase core body temperature.
