The School Learning and Continuity Plan of AC Faustino Elementary School is a
comprehensive presentation, which will serve as the basis of priority through which
the school will focus and utilize all possible resources to achieve its vision and
mission, which are Achievement, Accountability and Cooperation for the next
threeyearsinthe light of Dep Ed’s main thrust.
Small school as it may seem, but it did not hinder the school to prove that it can
contribute to the overall division targets and objectives. Despite its lack of facilities,
small number of learners and small amount of budget for maintenance and
operations – the school learned to maximize its available resources.
Instead of feeling the inferiority and inadequacy – AC Faustino Elementary
School gave its paramount effort to become a better steward of its very reason of
existence – bringing out the best in every learner.

It has a welcoming and friendly community with a dedicated and caring
administrator, teachers, and staff. It has a reputation for excellence across a relevant
and balanced curriculum. The school is committed to providing a caring and quality
learning environment where all pupils are encouraged to strive to achieve their
personal best. The school has a strong emphasis on learning, as well as extra-
curricular activities, especially in the performing arts and sports.
The school has a proud and supportive community. It is well supported by the
school parents and other stakeholders, who contribute funding to many learning
programs that operate within the school. The School Parents and Teachers
Association (SPTA) works together to ensure a supportive learning environment for
all students. The school provides a caring environment that emphasizes a strong set
of values that are integrated into all aspects of school life and the wider community.

Positive wellbeing programs are a feature of the school with pupils, staff and
community working together to promote relationships that are based on
collaboration and mutual respect.
The school aims to deliver a program designed to help pupils learn to better
manage their approach to learning and successfully integrate back into their life. The
school sets challenging, yet attainable goals for all learners. The emphasis is to
provide learners with a safe and caring environment in which they can access
quality teaching and learning and be supported in building their capacity to self-
regulate.
Over the last two years of experiencing the covid-19 pandemic and at present,
the school has put significant resources to overcome and continue providing
education to our learners through blended learning approached. The school
determined a consistent assessment suite to use “for learning”, “as learning”, and “ of
learning.”

Apolonio Casimiro Faustino Elementary School and the Faustinian Family
supports the Department of Education’s mandate, to ensure that education must
continue despite all the struggles, disasters, calamities and even the covid-19
pandemic that were encountered and to be encounter, do believe on the Deped tag
line, “Ano man ang Sitwasyon, Tuloy ang Edukasyon.”

By the end of the school year 2024-2025, literacy, numeracy and socio-emotional learning assessment
data will demonstrate learners in Key Stages are meeting or exceeding the target percentages using flexible
and ICT-driven instruction integrating literacy and numeracy across content learning areas.
