Strateški okvir lanca snabdevanja
 Cilj – maksimiziranje ukupno stvorene vrednosti lanca
snabdevanja: razlika vrednosti krajnjeg proizvoda za kupca i
ukupno nastalih troškova u lancu snabdevanja.
 Odlučivanje u lancu snabdevanja: strategija i dizajniranje,
planiranje, izvršavanje
 Makro procesi: CRM, ISCM, SRM – ključna je integracija!
 Postizanje strateške usklađenosti između kompetitivne i
strategije lanca snabdevanja.
 Responsivnost nasuprot efikasnosti lanca snabdevanja
 Pokretači lanca snabdevanja i odluke koje treba donositi:
objekti, zalihe, transport, sourcing, pricing, informacije.
Prepreke poput rastuće raznovrsnosti proizvoda i kraćeg životnog ciklusa čine da je sve
teže postići stratešku usklađenost – prevazilaženje pruža veliku konkurentske prednosti

Planiranje mreže lanca snabdevanja
 Planiranje distributivne mreže - njena struktura utiče na:
vreme odziva, raznovrsnost i raspoloživost proizvoda,
zadovoljstvo korisnika, vidljivost narudžbenica, mogućnost
povrata, te troškove: zaliha, transporta, objekata i rukovanja,
informacija
 Mrežno planiranje u lancu snabdevanja, određuje: uloga
objekata (tradicionalno skladište, cross-dock, itd.), lokacije
objekta, kapacitete objekta i ciljna tržišta i snabdevanja
dodeljene objektu.
 Projektovanje i planiranje transportnih mreža: direktna
dostava, zbirna direktna dostava, dostava sa DC, zbirna
dostava sa DC.
 Kompromisi u projektovanju transportne mreže: troškovi
transporta vs troškova zaliha (agregiranje), troškovi
transporta vs responzivnost

Planiranje tražnje i snabdevanja
 Predviđanje tražnje u lancu snabdevanja bazira na sledećim
elementima: tražnja u prošlosti, lead time proizvoda, planirane
promocije i marketinške aktivnosti, trendovi i konkurencija.
Predviđanje zasnovano na vremenskim serijama je
najpogodnije kada je buduća tražnja u relaciji sa tražnjom u
prošlosti, šablonom rasta i sezonalnošću.
 Statičke i adaptivne metode predviđanja: moving average,
eksponencijalno izglađivanje (sa korekcijom trenda i
sezonalnosti)...
 Agregatno planiranje u lancu snabdevanja – utvrđivanje
idealnog nivoa kapaciteta, snabdevanja, podugovaranja, zaliha,
nedostatka zaliha (gubitka prodaje) i politike cena u određenom
periodu – zadovoljenje tražnje uz maksimiziranje profita.
 Upravljanje predvidljivom varijabilnošću (promena tražnje
koja se može predvideti): snabdevanjem (internim
kapacitetima, zalihama, podugovaranjem, zaostalom prodajom)
i tražnjom (kroz kratkoročne popuste i promocije).

Upravljanje i planiranje zaliha
 Ciklične zalihe postoje u lancu snabdevanja jer različite
faze koriste ekonomiju obima da smanje ukupne troškove
(robe i materijala, naručivanja i držanja zaliha): ekonomija
obima za iskorišćenje fiksnih troškova (EOQ), ekonomija
obima za iskorišćenje kvantitativnih popusta.
 Sigurnosne zalihe služe da zadovolje tražnju koja
prevazilazi predviđenu tražnju u određenom vremenskom
periodu: neizvestnost tražnje, neizvestnost snabdevanja,
raspoloživost proizvoda, politika popune.
 Uticaj agregacije i centralizacije na sigurnosne zalihe (risk
pooling)
 Utvrđivanje optimalnog nivoa raspoloživosti proizvoda:
troškovi prekomernih zaliha, troškovi nedovoljnih zaliha
Nedovoljna transparentnost i integracija upravljanja zalihama sa sistemima planiranja i
izvršavanja lanca snabdevanja su velika prepreka uspešnom poslovanju

Upravljanje kros-funkcionalnim pokretačima
 Sourcing u lancu snabdevanja: interni ili eksterni kapaciteti – mogu stvoriti vrednosti lanca
snabdevanja (dodatne vrednosti kupcu ili uštede u lancu snabdevanja) ali mogu povećati rizike.
 Politika cena i upravljanje prihodima za povećanje profitabilnost, naročito ukoliko: vrednost
proizvoda varira na po segmentima tržišta, proizvod je visoko kvarljiv, tražnja ima sezonske i
druge oscilacije, proizvod se prodaje i na veliko i pojedinčano na lokacijama.
 Koordinacija u lancu snabdevanja i smanjenje „efekta biča“ koji se javlja u nedostatku
koordinacije (povećava troškove, vremena dostave, smanjuje raspoloživost proizvoda, itd.)
 Informacione tehnologije u lancu snabdevanja.

  • 3. 3 Strateški okvir lanca snabdevanja  Cilj – maksimiziranje ukupno stvorene vrednosti lanca snabdevanja: razlika vrednosti krajnjeg proizvoda za kupca i ukupno nastalih troškova u lancu snabdevanja.  Odlučivanje u lancu snabdevanja: strategija i dizajniranje, planiranje, izvršavanje  Makro procesi: CRM, ISCM, SRM – ključna je integracija!  Postizanje strateške usklađenosti između kompetitivne i strategije lanca snabdevanja.  Responsivnost nasuprot efikasnosti lanca snabdevanja  Pokretači lanca snabdevanja i odluke koje treba donositi: objekti, zalihe, transport, sourcing, pricing, informacije. Prepreke poput rastuće raznovrsnosti proizvoda i kraćeg životnog ciklusa čine da je sve teže postići stratešku usklađenost – prevazilaženje pruža veliku konkurentske prednosti
  • 4. 4 Planiranje mreže lanca snabdevanja  Planiranje distributivne mreže - njena struktura utiče na: vreme odziva, raznovrsnost i raspoloživost proizvoda, zadovoljstvo korisnika, vidljivost narudžbenica, mogućnost povrata, te troškove: zaliha, transporta, objekata i rukovanja, informacija  Mrežno planiranje u lancu snabdevanja, određuje: uloga objekata (tradicionalno skladište, cross-dock, itd.), lokacije objekta, kapacitete objekta i ciljna tržišta i snabdevanja dodeljene objektu.  Projektovanje i planiranje transportnih mreža: direktna dostava, zbirna direktna dostava, dostava sa DC, zbirna dostava sa DC.  Kompromisi u projektovanju transportne mreže: troškovi transporta vs troškova zaliha (agregiranje), troškovi transporta vs responzivnost
  • 5. 5 Planiranje tražnje i snabdevanja  Predviđanje tražnje u lancu snabdevanja bazira na sledećim elementima: tražnja u prošlosti, lead time proizvoda, planirane promocije i marketinške aktivnosti, trendovi i konkurencija. Predviđanje zasnovano na vremenskim serijama je najpogodnije kada je buduća tražnja u relaciji sa tražnjom u prošlosti, šablonom rasta i sezonalnošću.  Statičke i adaptivne metode predviđanja: moving average, eksponencijalno izglađivanje (sa korekcijom trenda i sezonalnosti)...  Agregatno planiranje u lancu snabdevanja – utvrđivanje idealnog nivoa kapaciteta, snabdevanja, podugovaranja, zaliha, nedostatka zaliha (gubitka prodaje) i politike cena u određenom periodu – zadovoljenje tražnje uz maksimiziranje profita.  Upravljanje predvidljivom varijabilnošću (promena tražnje koja se može predvideti): snabdevanjem (internim kapacitetima, zalihama, podugovaranjem, zaostalom prodajom) i tražnjom (kroz kratkoročne popuste i promocije).
  • 6. 6 Upravljanje i planiranje zaliha  Ciklične zalihe postoje u lancu snabdevanja jer različite faze koriste ekonomiju obima da smanje ukupne troškove (robe i materijala, naručivanja i držanja zaliha): ekonomija obima za iskorišćenje fiksnih troškova (EOQ), ekonomija obima za iskorišćenje kvantitativnih popusta.  Sigurnosne zalihe služe da zadovolje tražnju koja prevazilazi predviđenu tražnju u određenom vremenskom periodu: neizvestnost tražnje, neizvestnost snabdevanja, raspoloživost proizvoda, politika popune.  Uticaj agregacije i centralizacije na sigurnosne zalihe (risk pooling)  Utvrđivanje optimalnog nivoa raspoloživosti proizvoda: troškovi prekomernih zaliha, troškovi nedovoljnih zaliha Nedovoljna transparentnost i integracija upravljanja zalihama sa sistemima planiranja i izvršavanja lanca snabdevanja su velika prepreka uspešnom poslovanju
  • 7. 7 Upravljanje kros-funkcionalnim pokretačima  Sourcing u lancu snabdevanja: interni ili eksterni kapaciteti – mogu stvoriti vrednosti lanca snabdevanja (dodatne vrednosti kupcu ili uštede u lancu snabdevanja) ali mogu povećati rizike.  Politika cena i upravljanje prihodima za povećanje profitabilnost, naročito ukoliko: vrednost proizvoda varira na po segmentima tržišta, proizvod je visoko kvarljiv, tražnja ima sezonske i druge oscilacije, proizvod se prodaje i na veliko i pojedinčano na lokacijama.  Koordinacija u lancu snabdevanja i smanjenje „efekta biča“ koji se javlja u nedostatku koordinacije (povećava troškove, vremena dostave, smanjuje raspoloživost proizvoda, itd.)  Informacione tehnologije u lancu snabdevanja.
