i) Responsible for AMC’s & their timely renewals. For Firewall, Server, UPS, PC,

ii) Security guards and housekeeper jobs monitoring, random sampling of all
materials, control, allocation & recruitment, vigilance through CCTV.
Iii) Maintenance & upkeep of branch and its assets, security protocols,
compliance to organizational policy & work procedures, instructions &

5) Accounts & reports :
i) Manage Accounts Payable / Receivable and expense control procedures
including purchase order, inventory verification, rebates billing, reconciliations,
responsible for Cost optimization and profit maximization etc. Managing day to
day expenses, purchase of office stationary items, staff welfare, local T.A. Bills
etc.
ii) Timely & accurate month-end closing, financial reporting, escalations,
management of the issues with HO.

6) Vendor Management, Cost Optimization :
i) Coordinating with different local vendors/service provider selection, control,
negotiation , SLA monitoring & troubleshooting. New and old vendor checking for
applicable taxes, packaging & forwarding charges, Freight charges, issue of PO
after confirmation from higher authorities, Coordinating with accounts dept.
ii) Improve portfolio performance by 22% over an year by refining cost of capital
calculations for information poor markets and re-weighting portfolio base on
resulting valuations. Boost up the credibility & profitability simply optimization

7) IT supports:
