Developing Your Personal Brand

2. Arena
• The industry that I am most interested in working in is
Entertainment; music primarily and film secondary.
• Musically, I currently own and operate an independent
record label that caters primarily to (but not limited to)
hip-hop, R&B and pop music. I am also interested in
managing artists in the future.
• In film, I currently run sound and act. I am interested in
becoming a booking agent for actors, a publicist and
producing films.

3. Identity
• I am a man who has overcome next to impossible
circumstances and still is hungry to overcome more.
• No matter how tough things get, I always keep a positive
attitude and push forward.
• My rough history has prepared me for anything that the
entertainment industry can throw at me. This is what has
prepared me to be a good artist, actor and businessman.
This is also what will make me a good CEO, agent or
publicist.

4. Skills
• I am a musician, but I am also businessman. I was an independent touring rapper
for a few years. This gave me the knowledge to not only craft my show better so
that I could book more shows to make more money, but also the ins and outs of
booking tours without support of a major record label.
• I was also a stagehand/ rigger that built some of the biggest festivals and
concerts in the world. This gave me the opportunity to see the industry from an
entirely different side and be able to create things that I would’ve never imagined.
• I have also been a concert promoter. Learning what it takes to also promote a
successful show through trial and error is also another one of my most important
skills.
• I am an actor. I have learned to tap into emotions that stem from hard memories.
Not only acting, but the ability to turn bad situations into lucrative opportunities is
also a skill that is valuable to anyone who would sign to my label, became my
client or works with me on a film.

5. Skills
• Being an artist who
understands the needs of my
fellow artists is one of the
strongest weapons in my
arsenal.

6. Profession
• I not only have a very unique look, but at 6’4 and 250
pounds, I happen to be an imposing figure. I also happen
to be a very witty person and in combination with my
outgoing personality I like to use all of this to my benefit.
• In the entertainment business, these are all endearing
qualities. I have used them to get me roles or put me in
better positions in business.

7. Profession
• More importantly, my relentless
drive and hustle, matched with
my skillset is how I take
advantage of the positions that I
can place myself in. Whether its
doing music, acting or the
business side of either; I push to
get the most out of every
situation and use every skill and
piece strategically.

8. Credentials
• I have always been a man of my word. I stand behind my
words and the people I’m doing business with 100%.
• When I was touring, no matter if there were 2 people or
2,000 in attendance, I gave my greatest performance
every time. I approach all situations in life and in business
the same way.
• I am prompt, honest and fair in all of my dealings.

9. Promise
• Anyone who I work with will always receive 100% of
everything I have to offer. I am a person who is willing to
sacrifice sleep, time and etc. in order to get the desired
results out of any situation. If we are in business together,
I will fight to the end to ensure that we win.

10. Positioning
• I have always worked hard to outwork myself.
• What I bring to the table is a unique hustle and a truthful
knowledge of not only the industry, but of myself. I know
my strengths and weaknesses and know how to use them
properly. I also learn the strengths and weaknesses of
those around me in order to do the same.
• I want my audience to recognize me as the dominant
chess player on the board.

11. Audience
• Anyone who is a serious musician, actor, filmmaker,
owner of a talent agency or an employer of any of the
above, should know me.

12. Networking & Marketing
• I have already began working on gaining the attention of
clients, customers and even possible employers by
showcasing my acting and musical skills in nationally
released movies and albums. Nobody knows the talent
(artists/ actors) better than the talent. Knowing that we
have endured similar struggles in the industry, and the fact
that I know both sides of the industry is what will help build
the relationships between myself and my future clients.
• Publishing blogs on YouTube and my website that will all
be tied into my social media advertising is how I will gain
the attention of my desired audience.

13. Goals
• Eventually, my record label will go from being an
independent label to a major label. We will also produce
films that will be nationally accredited. We will be the go-
to company for trustworthy business that improves the
lives of actors and artists who work with us. This is why I
am working hard to Develop my personal brand and bring
awareness to that brand.
