that gets its food from other

nutrients

A plant is a living organism that
uses sunlight to make food needed
for its growth and development.

Characteristics of plants
 They have Chlorophyll which makes them green
and makes them able to produce their own food.
 They need energy from the sun.
 They grow and die.
 They are immobile.
 They can reproduce.
 They can breathe.
