UPDATE – COVID-19
Dear clients and business partners,
Given the exceptional situation caused by the COVID-19 pandemic, SIMCO Technologies Inc. would like to
inform you of the various measures that we have put in place to maintain our services while ensuring the
safety of all our collaborators (employees, clients and partners) in accordance with the recommendations
of governmental authorities.
Continuity of our services
▪ In line with recent governmental regulations, our headquarters in Quebec City (Canada) as well as
our office in Montreal (Canada) will remain close until April 13th
. Arrangements have been made to
allow a maximum number of employees to work remotely from their homes.
▪ The laboratory services offered by our Quebec City office remain operational with minimum
resources.
▪ Exceptional measures have been taken to allow our employees in the Middle East to continue to
offer our services from their home, though the office premises are temporarily closed.
Safety of our contributors (employees, clients and partners)
▪ The participation of our employees in events, training, conferences, symposia and gatherings is
suspended until further notice.
▪ The travel of our employees abroad is all canceled and the travel of all of our employees near our
business locations will be limited as much as possible.
▪ Exceptional measures are put in place to promote the individual isolation of employees who will be
present in the workplace and to reinforce occupational hygiene measures.
▪ Special measures have also been taken by the managers of the buildings housing our offices in
Quebec City, Montreal and Dubai to ensure regular disinfection of workplaces.
▪ Access to our offices will be prohibited for anyone who has traveled in the past two weeks or who
shows symptoms of infection.
▪ Any employee showing symptoms of infection must report it to company management and
quarantine for a period of 14 days.

The measures described above will remain in effect until further notice. Their relevance will then be
reassessed according to the evolution of the pandemic.
Our thoughts are naturally with all those who are directly affected by this exceptional situation.
