1 CEO Message
Monofásica is a company shaped for big projects, with quick response capacity and mobilizing resources. Since its
foundation, back in 1981, has tried to grow in a sustainable way. It has faced crisis, won the bet of internationalization,
consolidated its position on the market, without ever compromising the basic values it stands up for: Quality, Honesty
and Transparency.

With works currently in Portugal, the Azores islands, Angola and Mozambique, its management is no longer a simple
task. Monofásica is surrounded by an advisory team of technicians and consultants who regularly assist in making the
major decisions. Carefully selects its staff based on training, experience, personal profile and capacity for innovation.
Acquire the most modern equipment necessary for the perfect execution of its projects. Promote training as a way of
valuing the whole company.

Gave an important step having certified its Quality Management System according to NP EN ISO 9001:2000. More
than a symbol of credibility to show outside, this certification is an internal commitment so that quality and the
procedures that lead to it are not neglected.

in mainland Portugal, Azores, Angola and Mozambique, often uses the outsourcing of production. This strategy allows
the optimization of resources at work. Monofásica, SA has created the company Instalaçores, Lda in Azores,
Monofásica Angola, SA in Angola and Monofásica Moçambique, Lda in Mozambique which aims to coordinate the
resources necessary for the works based on those regions.
