Description : BICS is a web based application developed for calculating the Tax of U.S. government for the
employees hired from different companies and for calculating the Credit submission. It is a survey application
responsible for calculating the tax credits based on new Tax laws declared by the U.S Government by EY
clients. Depending on the survey responses, the system calculates the eligibility and accordingly determines
the tax credit submission. The application provides the third party vendors (ATS and TALEO) to follow the same
process and calculate tax. Additional features like printing forms and documents once the survey is completed
and the candidate is made eligible for incentives are defined in the system.
Responsibilities :
Test case estimations, test case writing and reviewing, test case execution, regression test case suite
preparation.
2. Uploading of test cases in to HP ALM.
Logging of bugs for the application based on business requirement documents and what has been
developed.
Tracking of defects till closure and interaction for better clarification from Business Analyst wherever
required.
Preparing daily and weekly defect status report and sending status mail to onshore team members.

Description: CARE stands for Compliance Assistance & Reporting Enablement. A web based application for
better integration of Entity, Engagement and People information to present a more intuitive portfolio view, with
appropriate support and reporting capabilities for Practice Management. An authenticated user is able to view
their portfolios with the compliance indicator details and where applicable take appropriate action to resolve it.
This narrative describes the functional aspects of the information displayed on CARE Portfolio.
Responsibilities :

Description : The application was designed to maintain the Active accounts and delete the Inactive, Disabled
and Pending accounts for the GAMX platform in the Groove management server. The various status of the
accounts were kept in Active, Disabled and Pending status. The EY IAM Application Security provided
<SUPPLIER> with a list of Groove accounts requiring <SUPPLIER> clean-up action. The list identified the
accounts by name and email address. The application was only to those accounts specifically identified for
deletion. Those instructions were for not processing any other accounts and only took action on the accounts
after completing all required validation procedures. When accessing Groove, <SUPPLIER> may not perform any
other tasks or click on any other options other than those specifically defined. All administrative actions were
logged and monitored. Any unauthorized access or actions taken outside of the processes were a violation of
the signed agreement between EY and <SUPPLIER>. Receipt of account information: <SUPPLIER> was
provided with the spreadsheet of users received from IAM Application Security. That was the list of accounts
for which <SUPPLIER> performed the account clean-up activities. Reporting and reconciliation: At the end, the
sheet was updated (completed for each user processed). <SUPPLIER> consolidated sheets from all technicians
and sends one complete, updated spreadsheet to EY each week.
3. Responsibilities :
Analyzing the project requirements by studying the instructions.
Implementation of the deletion task as per the instructions.
Testing was carried out for checking bugs in the application.
