GE Real Estate of GE group involves in providing loans or funding in the area of constructions. These
Constructions may be in the area of Housing, Industries, Factories, etc. Before approving these loans
GE has to maintain, verify and approve all the details associated with each and every loan using its
own or outside resources. In order to handle this process the GE “RE-Source” comes into picture. RE-
Source is a system for managing the complete Deal Process from the creation, review to the closure of
a deal.

2) Project Name: Atlas – Asset Management System Duration: Aug’14–Dec’14
Client: GE Commercial Finance
Atlas is a comprehensive real-time portfolio management system for all global Investments. Atlas is
structured to reflect GE RE’s hierarchical relationships for a Deal/investment/property hierarchy or
groupings to manage all of our properties and Investments. Deals may have one or more GE RE
investments including investments made by 3rd Parties. Investments can only be assigned to one
deal; however, they may be attached to one or more properties. Each property needs to be assigned
to at least one Investment. ATLAS is developed on the .NET platform; this is a 3-tier web application.
This System replaced ATLAS VB application, which was developed as three-tier DCOM architecture
with ORACLE 8.0 as the back end database

QA Service delivery team is responsible for end to end Performance testing of wide variety of
applications for different financial businesses under Capital Americas region. The testing is done
through a ticketing system where app teams create ticket based on the timelines mentioned in the
Project. Testing cycle involves Requirement analysis, Scripting, Execution, Results Preparation and
Results discussion with app team to help them understand any major Functional Defects/Performance
Issues with their application and possible remedy to improve the performance.
Roles and Responsibilities:
 Understand Business domain of the application and testing requirements with Application teams
 Creation of Clickstream to cover functionality fit for Automation
 Creation of Performance scripts and validates the scripts with proper checkpoints, headers,
correlations and transactions
