A survey of 508 HR professionals was conducted in July 2009 to understand their views on performance management. The survey asked respondents to rate their agreement with statements about performance management and collected demographic information about respondents' organization size, sector, and industry. The survey had a 18% response rate and a margin of error of +/- 5%.
