- Hello Everyone. What ever we do, especially if we enjoy what we do, enriches us in ways more than one. Just like everyone else, I too enjoy doing many a things and they in turn help me grow and develop in various facets. My love for sketching and penning down my thoughts enhances my creativity and helps me vent out my feelings and therefore concentrate better, travelling introduces me to a variety of cultures and people and boosts my knowledge, while chess augments my planning and strategizing skills. Another thing that I have a penchant for is spending time with the kids of one of the NGO’s I am associated with, i.e. Swami Vivekanand Trust. I devote time with children present there teaching them Spoken English and Chess, helping them with Life Skills, preparing them for Cultural Activities and having them develop their leadership skills and team work via participating in different activities like cultural performances, blood donation and health camps. Peace of mind combined with leadership, team work and motivation is what we need to be successful in all spheres. While leadership skills is one attribute that I learn from a variety of things, perfect tranquilly and motivation is what I specially derive from spending time with these children. Despite being impoverished, these children are always happy; their smiling faces and enthusiasm to learn against all odds helps me count my own blessings and adorns my life with unmatched peace. We might get lax at times but be it the scorching heat, chilling cold or inclement, nothing prevents their enthusiasm for coming to their abode of knowledge to learn. Helping them learn in turn helps me become a better person. Their zeal keeps me well motivated to excel in my professional as well as personal life.
