09:30am Meet at Abi’s house, set up equipment
10:00am Shooting breakfast scene (location:
conservatory/kitchen, shots 1 – 23)
11:30am Pack up
11:40am Food break, cast member no. 4 arrives
12:00pm Head to woods location
12:20pm Arrive at woods locationand set up
12:30pm Shooting woods location(shots 24 – 145)
03:45pm Wrap up and pack up
04:00pm Head back to Abi’s house [finish]
Possiblerestrictions:
 Lack of daylight – would make our lighting inconsistent(this is something
we need to ensureis correctas the feedback fromour prelim stated that
this is how we could improve)
Precaution: Film beforesundown (4:00pm) when naturallighting should
be similar
 Poor weather (rain) – would interfere with filming outside and may
damage our equipment
Precaution: Check weather reports and bring umbrellas and coats justin
case
 Actor/crew member not present – would have to film with fewer
characters (which would make our production less interesting) as we do
not have any backup cast
Precaution: All members should ensure that they are present on time
 Camera runs out of battery/SD card is full – would haveto stop filming
and would not get to complete shoot
Precaution: Bring several cameras and a charger, an empty SD card so
we have plenty of memory for shots
 Filming location unavailable – if there are large amounts of people
around they could interrupt our filming
Precaution: Putup posters to notify others, tell them that we would like
to film
 Unable to get transportto Caddington – would not be able to partakein
production
Precaution: Ensuretransportis available and reliable, havea backup
plan (e.g. get the bus)
