PROFESSIONAL EXPERIENCE :
Currently engaged with Lattice Semiconductor ( PH ) Corporation as a Production
Planner, encompasses but not limited with the following responsibilities :
 Responsible for scheduling orders and manage the supply chain to satisfy customer
orders.
 Work with the business groups to comprehend the demand forecast.
 Analyze inventory levels.
 Maintain leadtime guidance.
 Collaborate with engineering in resolving quality issues or introducing new products.

2. KEY ACCOMPLISHMENT:
 Drived on the improvement of Material Transfer Notice and WIP Inventory Transfer
process from manual system and records to automated request thru sharepoint.
 Successfully worked out on the UTS Planner comments implementation.
 Successfully worked out on the UTS issue sheet enhancement implementation.
 Completed document revision on Shipment Management Instructions (Document
104171).
 Completed document revision on Issuing Die Out to Assembly Instructions (Document
106104), integrating Silicon Image process.
 Successfully completed and documented Silicon Image wafer splitting process.
Worked with Cypress Manufacturing Ltd. Since September 2003 to December 2011,
holding the position of Senior Operations Planner.
As Senior Operations Planner Lead the role played involved but not limited to:
 Responsible of order fulfillment, managing and monitoring from end to end of the
Supply Chain.
 Ensure all resources are available for timely production builds and making sure products
are delivered on time while maintaining Lead Time, Cycle Time and inventory goals
while adhering to standardized demand planning procedures as well as to company
policies.
 Essential Duties and Responsibilities includes line loadings reviews based on the
different resources available in order to control and avoid overloading at identified
bottleneck operation, Monitor WIP analysis at all levels / locations in order to manage
overall plant capacity
 Responsible in customer service in providing delivery commitments for critical customer
requirement, arrange drop shipment, and other relevant information that customer and
any other support group will require us concerning on timely delivery.
 Responsible in analyzing what items are in jeopardy and work on action items to resolve
the potential problems with the objective of achieving committed delivery output to
customers within company standards and objective.
 Ensures that orders will be supported with the required resources (WIP / assembly
starts /
capacity, etc) to meet the OS / RS dates.
 Coordinates plant production and loading schedule with manufacturing, engineering and
other support groups to support customer demand.
 Interfaces and coordinates with factory planning and all support groups on product /
device prioritization and delivery dates.

3.  Work closely with Product Line Planning counterparts ( US Based ) , Factory Planning,
Manufacturing, Engineering, Quality, Subcons, Marketing, Purchasing, India Planning
and other support groups, for the order fulfillment and with Logistics for shipping and
delivery expedites.
 Supply and Demand alignment in support of the revenue goals and customer
requirements.
 Improvements in the service level and quality of response in the customer interface
system..
 Resolution of exceptions in the execution plan through proper stakeholder management.
 Continuous planning process and system improvements.
 Ops dashboard review process set up and driving containment actions.
