1. Sheet Ball!
An easy and fun game for all requiring
only two things you have laying around
your house – some sort of sheet and
some sort of ball.
2. To start, you have a flat, flexible
sheet made of anything malleable,
fabric-like and flowing –
• a bed sheet
• a piece of fabric
• a plastic sheet
• a big square scarf
• an opened grain sack
• whatever similar item you have around!
3. Next, you need a ball made of
anything light… or heavy!
• fabric softener ball
• old dinner roll
• rubber band ball
• crumpled up newspaper ball
• tennis ball
• water balloon (extra challenge!)
• Any other ball-like item you have around
4. For 1-8 players, you take the number of
players and spread them equidistant around
the sheet. Everyone holds the sheet in their
two hands, shoulder-width apart.
Place the ball in the middle.
Ex. with 4 players:
5. The object of the game is to work in conjunction
with and against your other teammates to
manipulate the sheet and get the ball to fly
towards you.
A person scores a point by getting the ball to
fly towards them in the air and catching it in one
of their hands. Sweet!
6. Rules and Variations
Sweet!
• The ball must be air
bound while it is being
caught, it cannot be
touching the sheet.
• One can make up teams Sweet!
with multiple players
interspersed amongst
each other for added
enjoyment!
7. …now get out there,
find a sheet and a ball and
play some Sheet Ball!
