He currently works as a Senior Relationship Manager at TD Ameritrade, where he is responsible for onboarding new clients and managing a portfolio worth over $150 million. Previously, he held roles in operations, sales, and customer service at Pala Casino Resort & Spa, The Hartford, and GEICO. Shawn earned a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration from San Diego State University and holds a Lean Six Sigma Green Belt Certification.
