1. Title : Design and Experimental Investigation of Lapping Process for Productivity Improvement of
I-Section Piston Rings at Federal Mogul powertrain
Major scrap rate survey has been done for production of piston ring at federal mogul TPR plant and root
cause has been identified for major scrap rate design optimisation for loading method in lapping process done
to reduce the major scrap rate and improve the production rate and quality of I section piston rings.
2. Title : Design and Fabrication of solar heater and cooler by the application of thermo electric module
By using Peltier effect principle a device has been designed and fabricated, which can be used as heater as
well as cooler with the help of solar Energy.
