This document discusses introducing Key Emotional Indicators (KEIs) to establish a productive collaboration culture. It proposes that three core KEIs - appreciation, empathy, and integrity - be added to existing key performance indicator (KPI) metrics. An extended set of nine KEIs including solidarity, helpfulness, and reliability is also suggested. Regular measurement of KEIs for collaborative projects and team members could help accelerate digital transformation by fostering qualities like openness, sincerity, and vulnerability among colleagues. The goal is to integrate emotional considerations into business practices and tackle complex problems with a holistic "wholeness approach".
