The document describes the evolution of a 3-step sponsoring system for Shaklee distributors. It began as an in-person process conducted in homes but was adapted to an online system using websites and online classrooms. The system guides prospects through presentations and assignments in each step to educate them and help them progress from initial contact to enrollment to building their own business. It emphasizes maintaining the sacred sequence of steps to ensure successful duplication.
1) In 2005, three friends - Chad Hurley, Steve Chen and Jawed Karim - founded YouTube after facing issues sending video files over email. They created a video sharing platform in just a few hours.
2) YouTube launched in February 2005 and saw slow growth initially, but daily video uploads and views increased rapidly after introducing a contest that gave away iPods.
3) Google acquired YouTube for $1.65 billion in October 2006, and it has since become the largest online video sharing platform in the world, viewing billions of videos daily.
Strayer & Co., Inc. provides content strategy and consulting services. Over 10 years, Pam Strayer has helped launch and grow several health and genetics websites like HealthCentral.com and DNA.com. She has also consulted with companies on implementing 2.0 strategies, including user-generated content and social features. More recently, Strayer taught one of the first university classes on web video marketing and continues advising clients on content strategy and multimedia platforms.
This document summarizes a webinar about how to successfully build an online business using Shaklee. It discusses the five biggest mistakes people make: 1) not using a targeted lead capture website, 2) trying to automate relationships, 3) not moving prospects offline quickly, 4) not using paid advertising, and 5) lacking a simple sponsoring system. It introduces "Your Freedom Project" as a system that avoids these mistakes by providing a targeted website, tools to build relationships, methods to transition prospects offline, teaching paid advertising, and offering a closed-loop sponsoring system. Attendees are encouraged to take a free 30-day trial of this system.

Scaling Agile with the Lessons of Lean Product Development FlowTechWell
While first generation agile methods have a solid track record at the team level, many agile transformations get stuck trying to expand throughout the organization. With a set of principles that can help improve software development quality and productivity, lean thinking provides a method for escaping the trap of local optimization. While agile teams can use lean principles to improve their practices, larger organizations can embrace lean to solve problems that commonly plague company-wide agile endeavors. Alan Shalloway explores the lean principles of mapping value streams, creating visibility, managing work levels, and more. Together, these lean principles and practices can help your organization dramatically reduce the amount of waste in the work that teams perform. He introduces kanban, an agile method that is a strong implementation of lean principles. Alan closes with agile adoption case studies that illustrate how lean thinking can extend Scrum practices.

Understanding User Needs and Satisfying ThemAggregage
https://www.productmanagementtoday.com/frs/26903918/understanding-user-needs-and-satisfying-them
We know we want to create products which our customers find to be valuable. Whether we label it as customer-centric or product-led depends on how long we've been doing product management. There are three challenges we face when doing this. The obvious challenge is figuring out what our users need; the non-obvious challenges are in creating a shared understanding of those needs and in sensing if what we're doing is meeting those needs.
In this webinar, we won't focus on the research methods for discovering user-needs. We will focus on synthesis of the needs we discover, communication and alignment tools, and how we operationalize addressing those needs.
Industry expert Scott Sehlhorst will:
• Introduce a taxonomy for user goals with real world examples
• Present the Onion Diagram, a tool for contextualizing task-level goals
• Illustrate how customer journey maps capture activity-level and task-level goals
• Demonstrate the best approach to selection and prioritization of user-goals to address
• Highlight the crucial benchmarks, observable changes, in ensuring fulfillment of customer needs

At first they did the business

By inviting people to
