Objective
A highly motivated recent Psychology and Counselling graduate looking to develop practical skills
in the work force. Recently graduated in Psychology and Counselling from University of Wales
Trinity Saint David. Have worked in various retail, care and voluntary positions where majority of
responsibilities involved dealing with customer inquiries, interacting with people from all walks of
life and helping people overcome difficulty and tragic circumstances. I have gained excellent
transferrable skills from employment and higher education including customer service,
communication, verbal and problem solving skills. I have also been able to develop
organisational and planning skills to a much higher standard that not only influences my own work
ethic but also the work ethic of those working alongside me. I am a hardworking and caring
