Pointing to obtain a position in which I can share my professional

Infection Control Contributing Activities:
 Participated in Infection Control Exhibition at Shaikh Khalifah General
Hospital by Creating Educational Materials (Posters and pamphlets) for the
Medical Staffs and Clients tackling Proper Hand Hygiene Practices and some
Common Infectious Diseases and their Related Precautions.
 Ensuring the translation of the educational material in the appropriate languages.
 Editing /designing/printing of these materials.
 Implement Educational Sessions to provide staff with up to date knowledge and
skills regarding infection control practices and preventive measures to provide a
safe environment for clients and employees.
 Conduct regular rounds in Male Ward to discuss, monitor and follow the infection
control practices with staff personnel and submit written report every month to the
Infection Control Department.
 Monitor the implementation of preventive measures, provide guidance to staff
and counsels them as per the need.
 Took a part in Infection Control Auditing Activities such as : Auditing the staff
for Adhering with Proper Hand Hygiene Practices, Waste Managements,
Cleanness of the Ward, etc..
 Collect data on Health Acquired Infections from Male Ward and maintain
records for each case and submit monthly statistics to the Infection Control
Department.
 Participates and assists in the regularly scheduled hospital Infection Control
Committee meetings.
General Contributing Events:
 Contributed in International Nurses Day in the years of 2012 & 2013 and
received Certificates of Appreciation for that.
 Audit the Medical Staffs for Intravenous Therapy Compliance.
 Audit the Medical Staffs for International Patient Safety Goals Knowledge.
