Hello, my name is Peggy Johnson and I have been practicing as
a Registered Nurse for 20 years. Primarily, my area of practice
has been in long term care but I relish the challenge to try
something different within my community.
Through my experiences, I have acquired many skills that I feel
are transferable to a position within your health care setting. For
example, my responsibilities include communication with
physician, staff, families, classifiers, compliance officers and
management; working independently on a daily basis as well as
part of a multidisciplinary team; being self directed in completing
day to day activities; critical thinking; organization; basic
computer skills; making decisions in relation to resident care;
wound care; professional responsibility and accountability. I
enjoy learning and I am willing to learn new skills needed at any
time.
