8. New SAP opportunities for archive/imaging Sales contacts - Record of every contact with a customer as a sales activity. Purchasing Documents - negotiations with vendors, purchase requisitions, through to delivery of the ordered goods and processing incoming invoices. Information systems tables - logistics information used for reporting purposes. Controlling line item - transactions involving the controlling module for Payroll or Financial Accounting. Material Management Post Data - movements of goods or invoice transactions. HR/PY – Project underway, will implement Document Scanning and Attachments for EH&S, Employee data SCM-EM – Event management data for reporting to be kept for 6 months (SCM-EM and 7 years (SAP-BW) CRM – Projects Underway – Call Centre attachments, Application Form attachments SAP Business Warehouse – Possibility of SAND solution (large volumes) Reporting - via the LiveLink viewer or SAP Archive Explorer.
