Ms. Sinicropi's class learned about the letter Oo and its short sound. They read a story about a dog going to school and practiced comprehension strategies. The class is learning that letters make words and words make sentences. Homework includes practicing writing names and letters, counting letters and words, and completing pattern worksheets. Upcoming events include a field trip to an orchard and an awards assembly.
