to serve needs in Greater China and Asia Pacific. Through our customized
training programs to individuals, schools, organizations and companies, we
have been igniting positive change where we can. Valuing the

The training industry abuses Likert scale questions in a way that is unrepresentative and
statistically unsound. Our training analyses take into account statistical soundness and
follow rules such as using non-parametric tests on non-normally distributed data. You can
trust our post-op evaluation numbers to be statistically significant.
SENSE has a strong network based on their partnerships with social work
agencies in Hong Kong, Greater China and in Asia Pacific allowing us to provide
overseas training without great difficulty.

With high quality services, over 80% of our clients are repeat
customers. For instance, we have cooperated with HSBC
units for over 10 times. Other close clients include UPS, Milton
Exhibits etc. that we have Continuous co-operations.
New Training Elements
Innovation element is very important in training service.
SENSE keeps exploring new training elements and
implementing them into the programs. LEGO® SERIOUS
PLAY® is one of our focuses in 2015.

Large Group Facilitation
Professional Trainers
We have solid experiences in handling large group training
projects. Most of the training programs we deliver are groups with
60-120 participants. In the past, SENSE also had conducted a
single training campaign over 1,000 staff of software
department of HSBC, overnight camp for over 300
international school students.
SENSE Training House was founded by a group of passionate Social
Workers who were interested in promoting growth of human capital in
organizations. With thorough understanding in psychology and
human dynamics, the trainings of SENSE were signified in the style of
Person-centered, Flexible and Strength based.
Up Keeping
Trainers Standard
In SENSE, we not only concern our clients, but also training opportunities of our
trainers, whose competence is the key success in delivering quality service. For
example, in December 2014, our trainers went to Taiwan for participating in
Adventure-based program conference. In 2015, 4 of our trainers went to London
and Malaysia to attend certified training course – the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® .
With lots of learning and stimulating opportunities, Trainers of SENSE were
always impressed as Passionate, Ambitious and Innovative.
WHERE IS SENSE ?
How far we are going?
With the current rate of growth we hope to expand into China and Southeast Asia to
network with other social workers and agencies to move our vision beyond geographical
boundaries. Japan, Malaysia and Brunei are all places where we are actively engaging in
the search for opportunities
In reaching out, we have also steadily expanded our signature programs to continually
innovate and deliver quality for our customers. The products we sell are ever changing to
reflect the fluid nature of the economies we operate in.
2010: SENSE devoted itself to develop evidence based training programs
2011: Conducted 4 training programs for different sections of Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation
(HSBC) staff. SENSE successfully provided 14 sessions of training programs to about 1,000 staff of HSBC
2012: SENSE extended the service to Macau, providing Enneagram Training Workshop to Gabinete
Coordenador Dos Servicos Sociais Sheng Kung Hui Macau (聖公會氹仔青少年及家庭綜合服務中心)
Conducted training program for HK Cyberport and PolyU twice for over 300 Hong Kong and Mainland
young entrepreneurs in the I.T. industry.
2013: SENSE served more than 10,000 people
Providing training to different multi-national companies: UPS, Fond light, Milton, HSBC
2014: Conducted a workshop on Corporate Training to students in HKU as an elective module.
Shell IT “Running Man” like program, with the use of social media to increase engagement.
First oversea affiliate (in Korea) established.
2015: SENSE is the 1st company in Hong Kong to develop LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® in training, and
4 staffs are licensed as Certificated LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitators in London and Malaysia.

Talent management
Talent management is a new concept in training. Training nowadays is no longer a “stand
alone” component, but the customized intervention tool base on an in-depth and
reflective company information, especially about people performance. Our Talent
Management Framework combines both training programs and data analyses as part of a
strategic system which assists companies towards better management of human capital.
Leadership Development
Under the framework of talent management, one of the most imperative business
strategies that are used to build up and maintain talent is leadership development. We
provide training and coaching services for management to optimize their leadership, and
facilitate performance management with soft and hard skills.

stimulating process. Thus, SENSE has an in-house REDTEAM (Researching, Exploring,

  • 7. Large Group Facilitation Professional Trainers We have solid experiences in handling large group training projects. Most of the training programs we deliver are groups with 60-120 participants. In the past, SENSE also had conducted a single training campaign over 1,000 staff of software department of HSBC, overnight camp for over 300 international school students. SENSE Training House was founded by a group of passionate Social Workers who were interested in promoting growth of human capital in organizations. With thorough understanding in psychology and human dynamics, the trainings of SENSE were signified in the style of Person-centered, Flexible and Strength based.

For example, in December 2014, our trainers went to Taiwan for participating in Adventure-based program conference. In 2015, 4 of our trainers went to London and Malaysia to attend certified training course – the LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® . With the current rate of growth we hope to expand into China and Southeast Asia to network with other social workers and agencies to move our vision beyond geographical boundaries. The products we sell are ever changing to reflect the fluid nature of the economies we operate in. 2010: SENSE devoted itself to develop evidence based training programs 2011: Conducted 4 training programs for different sections of Hong Kong and Shanghai Banking Corporation (HSBC) staff. SENSE successfully provided 14 sessions of training programs to about 1,000 staff of HSBC 2012: SENSE extended the service to Macau, providing Enneagram Training Workshop to Gabinete Coordenador Dos Servicos Sociais Sheng Kung Hui Macau (聖公會氹仔青少年及家庭綜合服務中心) Conducted training program for HK Cyberport and PolyU twice for over 300 Hong Kong and Mainland young entrepreneurs in the I.T. industry. 2013: SENSE served more than 10,000 people Providing training to different multi-national companies: UPS, Fond light, Milton, HSBC 2014: Conducted a workshop on Corporate Training to students in HKU as an elective module. Shell IT “Running Man” like program, with the use of social media to increase engagement. First oversea affiliate (in Korea) established. 2015: SENSE is the 1st company in Hong Kong to develop LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® in training, and 4 staffs are licensed as Certificated LEGO® SERIOUS PLAY® facilitators in London and Malaysia.
