"PRARAMBH" project was a very good 6 months session. I got a very positive
feedback from the each participants about the session, which they enjoyed as well.
The activities in the assessment center were well designed and it tested the full
range of competencies that we had identified. The feedback and report has helped
us in identifying potentials, gaps and would also help us a lot in succession planning.
This activity based workshop followed by thorough feedback process involving
assessor, candidate and his supervisor has given us a very good picture of

  • 24. 24 "PRARAMBH" project was a very good 6 months session. I got a very positive feedback from the each participants about the session, which they enjoyed as well. The activities in the assessment center were well designed and it tested the full range of competencies that we had identified.
