The front cover of Sum 41's album "All Killer No Filler" features images of young people making strange faces and acting in ways that rebel against societal norms, reflecting the album's themes of teenage rebellion and breaking from tradition. Though seemingly random, the cover relates to the album's exploration of individualism outside expectations. It may have also been inspired by the band's hit single "Fat Lip", the title of which connects to the photos on the cover.
