This seminar aimed to help participants develop reflective practice skills and portfolios to disseminate innovations upon returning home. Participants examined their professional identity and goals. They developed lesson plans, teaching strategies, and reflections on field experiences to include in their portfolios. By the end of the seminar, participants were prepared to present and implement their portfolios sharing innovations with colleagues back home. The seminar covered topics like reflective practice, portfolio goals, lesson planning, learning strategies, and presenting portfolios for implementation.
