John Breslin

John Breslin gave a presentation on the Semantic Web 2.0 at BarCamp Belfast on June 30, 2007. He discussed how the web is moving from a platform of static pages to a more social platform where users generate and share information. Breslin also explained Tim O'Reilly's definition of Web 2.0 as the use of the internet as a platform where software can be accessed via a web browser with more emphasis on user-generated content, lightweight programming, and collaboration.
