Over the last 9 years I have worked remotely in a corporation, in an international startup and in my own company.
I would like to share my experience and discuss how to approach challenges such as:
* How to apply an Agile/Scrum approach in distributed teams.
* How to hold an effective remote Daily Standup meeting
* How to handle time differences and synchronise work
* What to do when teams are separated not only by distance but cultural differences and completely different attitude towards life
* How to agree on requirements with a client you have never seen
* And finally: How to stay awake during teleconferences ;-)
If these challenges sound familiar, this presentation is for you.
This lecture was to motivate and encourage young teens.
The recipes for success I found were:
1- Trust in God.
2- Good will to work.
3- Enthusiasm.
4- Social intelligence.
5- Knowledge.
6- Life will knock you down.
7- Planning with risks.
8- Self-development.
9- Confidence.
10- Go for it!

prospective employers want to see. Your social media
activity that is available for future employers can create a

It is okay to show your individuality, but remember to

10. When talking or writing about yourself, don’t forget to
include the things that really make you stand out.
It’s important not to forget that there can be a fine line
between selling and bragging and it is my advice to
always err on the side of caution. Nobody wants to listen
to someone who only wants to talk about ‘me’.
It’s about showing that you can truly add value.
