Self introduction
- 2. All About Me My name is Hope Radtke and I am an elementary school teacher and fitness professional. Education and fitness are my passions! Whether I am teaching children in the classroom, or training adults at the gym, I am always excited to share my knowledge with others. I have my Masterโs in Bilingual Bicultural Education to better serve my diverse student population. I am pursing a Masterโs in Applied Exercise Science at Concordia to better serve my clientele at the gym. My dream would be to work at a school where the curriculum integrated the importance of eating healthy and exercising along with core subjects, to instill healthy lifestyle values in children at a young age.

- 4. Research The last research topic I wrote was on patellofemoral pain syndrome (PFPS), a condition where the cartilage under the kneecap is damaged due to excessive compression to the lateral patella facet. This is one of the most common limitation that Iโve witnessed among clients and students.
- 5. Research Topics of Interest 1. The effects of high intensity interval training (HIIT) vs steady state cardio. 2. The long-term effects of HIIT training.

Previous Presentation Experiences โข Graduate school projects (individual presentations or group presentations) โข Presentations in grade level meetings at work For both experiences, I was required to prepare a powerpoint, handouts, and activities. I would say I donโt like presenting in front of people, however it is one of those things that I am required to do from time to time.
