2. Why PDHPE?
Pdhpe is an important part of growing up and becoming
a proper person in society. It teaches our students about
the different ways to live healthy lifestyles by playing
sports and eating proper foods. Personal changes in
bodies such as puberty, is also extremely important to
teach students so that they understand the way their
bodies work and how to deal with the changes that are
occurring.
3. PDH Importance
Physical Development and health are an extremely important
part of teaching as the curriculum is designed to help students
gain many new skills. These skills include, Communicating
confidently in a variety of situations including within
groups, Problem solving using a range of strategies by selecting
appropriate alternatives when resolving problems and
interacting socially with others and with differing situations.
Furthermore, students are able to learn about their growth and
development, personal health choices, relationships and most
importantly safe living.
4. Importance of PE
Students learn to live active lifestyles by doing
gymnastics, dance and different games and sports.
Through keeping active, the students learn the
effectiveness of keeping active and how it makes a person
