Self improvement exercise
Part # 1
3-4 people get together, for example
on Skype or around a table.
Part # 2
Each person writes down his or her 3 biggest strengths.
Part # 3
Each person writes down 1 practice / behaviour /
skill that he/she wants to improve and also writes
down what the results of this improvement will be.
Part # 4
Each person communicates – to the others - the 1
practice / behaviour / skill he/she wants to improve
and what the results of this improvement will be.
3 examples
When I get better at improving
the way meetings are done, I can
use my time more efficiently.
When I get better at discovering
my values, I will know even more
about who I am and what is
really important to me.
When I get better at finding
out what the purpose of this
company is, I can create even
more value for more people.
Part # 5
After each person has had a chance to express what
he / she would like to improve, round # 2 starts.
