    account inside the Learning Center
    restructuring

Observation

   Why?
   because it reveals the usage of the different
    areas/services in the library, unlike exit gate
    counting.
Steps

   divide the usage in 18 different activities
   and the space in 10 zones according to its
    characteristics (mapping)
   sweep the floors following a established route
    every opening hour during 1 week
   include 1 user in 1 activity
