This document is a script that summarizes a scene taking place in Samantha's kitchen where she is hugging Carrie from behind as Carrie cooks. Samantha's father enters and they have a pleasant interaction. The scene then cuts to two months later at Carrie's home, where she is seen cutting up pictures of herself and Samantha, overcome with rage and grief over their separation. She launches into a rage-filled rant directed at Samantha, blaming her for her unhappiness and resolving to harm Samantha to prevent her from being happy.

INT. SAMANTHA'S KITCHEN - EVENING
We hear a voice of a young woman laughing from joy as we fade
into a small kitchen where two girls are standing in front of
the stove. The kitchen is small with a large window at the
end taking up majority of the attention. The cabinets and
draws are scattered neatly around the kitchen next to each
other along with everything else in the kitchen being neatly
placed in their designated places or tucked away. The stove
is on the right of the kitchen at the end by the entrance,
which is where SAMANTHA and CARRIE are stood. They are both
wearing matching grey jumpers, Samantha is in her jogging
bottoms with her hair tied into a tight bun, while Samantha
is in black jeans with her hair down in curls.
Samantha and Carrie are at the stove. Samantha is hugging
Carrie from behind tightly with a huge and warm smile
plastered across her face. Carrie is unfazed by this as she
tries to continue cooking. Samantha starts slowly and gently,
while trying not to hurt Carrie or ruin her cooking, swinging
a bit from left to right humming 'She Keeps Me Warm' by Mary
.

SAMANTHA
(soft and quiet singing)
My love, my love, my love, my
love....she keeps me warm.
We hear a sound of a door opening as SAMANTHA'S DAD walks in
through the front door into view of the camera which is still
in the kitchen.
Samantha's dad is dressed neatly and professionally in a
white buttoned up shirt with the sleeves rolled up, black
trousers, a black bowtie, glasses, and a long brown coat that
looks like the ones detectives wear. He is holding a Canon
camera while putting keys in his pocket.
When Samantha's Dad comes into frame Samantha notices him and
leads her body back, which makes Carrie wobble a bit, as her
smile grows bigger and eyes almost glisten.
SAMANTHA
(excited)
Pa!!! how was work?
Carrie stops what she's doing as she turns her head round to
face Samantha's dad and gives him a small smile.
SAMANTHA'S DAD
Good my angel, but please let Carrie

breathe. The poor girls struggling.
He shakes his head as he gives them both a smile. Samantha
laughs as she squeezes Carrie tightly one last time before
letting go. Carrie watches her do this as she turns back
around to the cooking food and smiles to herself as she
starts to blush a bit.
Samantha slightly walks out of focus from the camera as she
grabs out her phone from her pocket and puts on 'She Keeps Me
so its faintly playing in the
Warm' by Mary Lambert
background. Samantha puts down her phone on the counter to
the left of the kitchen as she starts to carefully do a
little dance around the kitchen. While all of this is going
on Carrie continues to stir the food as Samantha's dad is
placing his coat on the rack next to the kitchen.
Samantha's Dad approaches Carrie.
SAMANTHA'S DAD
mmm something smells good! what are we
cooking today chef?
CARRIE
Dhoka Dalna. My grandma showed me how
to make it last month.
Samantha's Dad looks at the dish with eagerness as he looks
at Carrie and looks back at the dish then Carrie. Carrie
smiles as she nods indicating he can try some. Samantha's dad
immediately picks up a wooden spoon as he tries some of the
dish. The camera focuses on Carrie watching Samantha's dad
eating more than he should. Carrie sarcastically rolls her
eyes as she shakes her head and smirks.
The camera does a dolly shot as Samantha suddenly grabs
Carrie's shoulders and brings her forward to Samantha so
Carrie's facing her. Samantha is energetically and proudly
singing along to the lyrics of the song playing in the
background. Carrie is surprised by this and becomes a bit
flustered but tries to hide it with a look of concern.
SAMANTHA
(soft mummering singing)
She says that people stare..
Samantha pauses for a bit and turns her head away from Carrie
then after a couple seconds she quickly turns her head back
round to Carrie.

SAMANTHA
(cont. slightly exaggerate)
CAUSE WE LOOK GOOD TOGETHER
Samantha's Dad shakes his head and starts to shake his hand
at Samantha to indicate he's shooing her off. Samantha gives
him an annoyed look and rolls her eyes as she follows her
hands down from Carrie's shoulders to Carrie's hands to hold
them both as she starts slowly swinging them in tune to the
music playing. Carrie stands still and allows this all to
happen as she still has a confused and flustered expression.
Samantha's head jolts up for a second and she gasps as she
has a realisation. She looks to her dad with excitement.
SAMANTHA
Dad, you should take a picture of me
and Carrie!
Carrie's complexion goes more pale than it already is as she
looks At Samantha then At Samantha's dad with fear in her
eyes.
CARRIE
Wait, no-
Carrie gets cut off by Samantha's dad smirking and leaving
the kitchen to grab his camera. Carrie's head jolts back to
look at Samantha who has a big smile on her face. Carrie
widens her eyes and shakes her head. Samantha gives her a
jokey evil smirk.
CARRIE
(cont. gritting teeth)
Sam, No.
SAMANTHA
Yes.
Carrie gives Samantha an annoyed look as Samantha sticks her
tongue out at Carrie. Samantha's dad walks back in fidgeting
with his camera as he looks up to both of the girls. and
raises his camera to his eye.
SAMANTHA'S DAD
ready?
The camera is a POV through Samantha's Dad's photography
camera lens, as we watch Samantha and Carrie get into
position. Samantha eagerly nods as Carrie groans and turns
around trying to hide her face. Samantha laughs as she tosses

herself back onto Carrie's back and makes herself
comfortable.
The scene starts to become glossy and shiny as if it were a
vintage film. The song in the background starts to get louder
as a sound of a camera taking a photo overlaps and a white
flash appears on the screen.
The song stops playing at 2 minutes and 40 seconds and a
sound of ripping paper interrupts as the screen fades to
black.
MATCH CUT TO:
INT. CARRIES BEDROOM - 2 MONTHS AFTER, EVENING
We cut to a picture of Carrie and Samantha finished being
ripped as we watch it slowly fall to the floor.
Carrie's room is dark and gives a void feeling with barely
anything in it apart from her bed, computer, wardrobe, desk
and other basic necessities. Her bedroom's only light source
is coming from her computer screen, which has tabs opened on
with various different accounts of Samantha's. She has
blackout curtains and her white wallpaper is barely staying
on the walls with scratch marks and stains all over.
Carrie is sat in a corner of her room shaking from pure rage.
She is covered in sweat, her hair is greasy and all over the
place, and she has developed heavy eyebags since the last
time we saw her. She is rapidly cutting pictures up of her
and Samantha with her shaky hands. The more pictures she cuts
the more heavier and aggressive her breath gets and the
intense look in her eyes grow stronger.
The camera continuously cuts closer and closer to her face
until she pauses as something caught her eye. The camera
slowly zooms out to a close mid shot of her shoulders to
above her head. Her face begins to grow whiter as she starts
to struggle to keep her eyes open. Her lips start quivering
as she manages to focus her eyes on her hand that's holding
the picture. Carrie lets the picture fall out her hand as
slowly raises it to her face. Still struggling to keep her
eyes open, she raises both of her hands in front of her face
to reveal they are covered in blood from cutting the pictures
carelessly.
Carries face starts quivering as tears start building up in
her eyes, but she quickly turns her facial expression into
pure rage and fury as she begins to heavily breathe again.
Carrie lets her arms lifelessly fall next to her as her head

falls backwards into the wall she's leaning against.
Loud static fades into the scene as Carrie's breaths turn
into pure BANSHEE SCREAMS. Her screams become so loud you can
hear the rasp from the pain in her throat. She starts to
manically feel around her face and scratch her head with her
bloody hands as if she were trying to get rid of whatever
grief she was feeling. Her screams eventually turns into
streaming tears and snot as she starts losing her voice,
until she is hugging her stomach bending over trying to grasp
every scream left in her out of her system.
The camera cuts to the left of Carrie as she bangs her head
against the wall she is leaning on. Her eyes gradually lower
to her computer screen opposite her as the camera zooms into
a selfie opened of Samantha on Samantha's Instagram. The
camera once again faces Carrie as it begins to slowly zoom
in.
Carrie's lifeless expression starts to break as she bursts
out into manic and uncontrollable laughter. After a few
moments of her losing control laughing. She lets out a sigh
with a wide lifeless smile on her face. Her smile quickly
fades as her eyebrows arch back into an angry and disgusted
look.
Carrie puts her hands to both sides of her body to try and
stand herself up straight. She fumbles a bit as she stands
but her eyes always remains staring at the computer screen
with the selfie of Samantha.
CARRIE
How dare you.
she slowly wobbles closely to the computer screen and gets
progressively louder.
CARRIE
How. Dare. You.
With panics and anger in her breaths Carrie starts rapidly
breathing as she still wobbles her way on over to the
computer.
CARRIE
HOW DARE YOU HOW DARE YOU HOW DARE YOU
HOW DARE YOU...
HOWDAREYOUHOWDAREYOUHOWDAREYOU

Carrie starts screaming as she starts having a tantrum and
throwing her arms around by her sides.
CARRIE
ITS NOT FAIR, YOU DONT DESERVE TO BE
HAPPY WHEN IM SAT HERE BLOODY
MISSERABLE. YOU'RE THE BAD GUY WHY AM
I THE ONE SUFFERING? WHY SAMANTHA?
WHY? TELL ME YOU SELF CENTRED WHORE.
Carrie grabs a glass cup next to her and furiously chucks it
at her computer with the picture of Samantha still up, but
the glass cup misses and SMASHES against the wall just above
her computer leaving glass shards everywhere around her floor
near the desk and computer.
Carrie lifelessly falls to her knees while still facing the
computer screen.
CARRIE
why.. why did you have to leave me?
When you know how miserable I am. It's
not fair how YOU get to go on with
your life all happy and joyful when
I'm rotting away in this slump alone
with this indescribable pain...why
don't you care?
Carrie takes a deep breath and regains the life in her eyes
as she manages to pick herself off the floor without fumbling
this time. She begins to glare at the selfie of Samantha.
CARRIE
If I can't be happy neither can you. I
want to see you bleed Sammy. I would
be doing the world a favour by taking
out a monster like you from it.
Carrie's face lights up as she realises she's established a
plan to make Samantha regret ever hurting her.
CARRIE
That's right! I'll save everyone from
a hurtful, SELFISH and vile monster
like yourself! It's perfect, not only
am I making sure a villain like
yourself will never feel a ray of
happiness ever again but I'll be
saving someone else from this cycle of
distraught, pain and emptiness!
