SCRIPT FOR STRATEGIC PLANNING
S.Y. 2024-2025
Introduction:
Good morning, everyone!
In today's rapidly changing world, it's not enough to simply react. You need a
roadmap to success. A strategic plan that guides your organization to achieve its
most ambitious goals.
As we embark on our school's strategic planning, it is important to recognize the
gravity and earnestness of the topics we will be discussing today. Our school's
future is in our hands, and it is our responsibility to reflect on and gain a deeper
understanding of the significant learnings at hand.
So let us begin this journey with open minds and hearts, and work towards a
better tomorrow for the school of infinite possibilities.
Opening prayer/National anthem:
As we gather here today, let us begin with a prayer to open our hearts and minds
to God's presence to be led by Ma’am Angelika T. Sanga to be followed by the
singing of the Philippine national anthem. (You may now enjoy the comfort of your
seats.)
Welcome remarks:
Before we begin, I'd like to take a moment to introduce someone very special to
our school community. Someone who guides us, inspires us, and always has our
best interests at heart.
Please join me in giving a warm round of applause to our amazing principal,
Ma’am Nerissa N. Valdez, Principal I.
Roll call/Attendance check:
The roll call is an essential part of any seminar as it helps us ensure that all
registered attendees are present and accounted for. To make the process as
smooth and efficient as possible, may we ask the presence of Ma’am Jocelyn Z. Diaz
to lead us in this activity.
Statement of purpose:
Today, we'll dive deep into understanding the importance of strategic planning. To
help us understand the purpose of this activity, may we invite Ma’am Yasmine
Elaine S. Maniti, Master Teacher I in English.
Energizer:
Before we leap into the fascinating world of strategic planning, we're going to do
something to get the energy flowing with the help of our jolly and energetic
teacher, Ma’am Elvira P. Magcalas.
Introduction of the resource speaker:
As we now go on board with today’s session, may we call on Ma’am Claudelle J.
Catindin to help us know our resource speaker. (Applause)
**Awarding of certificate
*Photo opt with the speaker
Closing:
According to Phil Collins, in learning you will teach, in teaching you will learn.
Thank you so much everyone for gracing this session. We hope that you have
gained a lot of learning that you can use in honing the hearts and minds of our
learners. Have a nice day ahead and may God bless us all!
