He defined quality as doing the right thing at the right time in the right way to achieve the best possible results and discussed the concept of the "gap" between what we know and what we do, and how this gap represents the areas we need to improve. He explained the scientific approach to quality improvement, which involves systematic performance analysis, testing and learning, and implementing change ideas. Operation “Blue Star” is the only event in the history of Independent India where the state went into war with its own people. Even after about 40 years it is not clear if it was culmination of states anger over people of the region, a political game of power or start of dictatorial chapter in the democratic setup.
The people of Punjab felt alienated from main stream due to denial of their just demands during a long democratic struggle since independence. Establishing shot of the mountain, which zooms in to a shot of the
entire length of the chair lift, which zooms in further to the
individual lift that ‘HECTOR’ is sitting in.
HECTOR WEINARG is the ‘bad guy’ in the film. He will be sitting on
the chair lift and when he turns and looks behind him he will have
either a sniggering evil looking Face or an evil mask type item on
his face. This is what will show the audience he is evil/’bad guy’.
HECTOR
(Sniggering in an evil manner and the occasional laugh [also in evil
manner])
He keeps turning around and checking none is following him. When he
reaches the top of the chair lift, just before h gets off he checks
behind him again. When he looks back he looks at the phone in his
hand. He then checks behind him again and JAMES MARTIN (good guy)
skis past the lift and takes the phone out of his hand.
As he steals the phones he goes over a ledge and jumps.
Slow motion:
When he’s in the air in slow motion his name will appear and he will
have a determined and concentrated facial expression with no mask or
balaclava.
JAMES
(Brief laugh then determined and concent4rated face.) (However in a
good way to make clear he is a good guy).
Ski chase then commences and you take the shots on the shot list
from shot number: 9 onwards until shot number 24.
On shot number 24 JAMES crashes into a lady who is skiing past him
on the slope. Both characters (JAMES and the unsuspecting lady) fall
to the ground in a tangled mess.
Hector then skiis to the two casualties on the floor, skids to a

goggles.
