OUR MISSION &
GOALSFounders4Schools’ mission as a charity is
to improve society by increasing youth
employability
We do this by ensuring that young people
have at least four encounters with
employers each year while they are
between the age of 8 and 16 and 140 hours
of work experience placements between the
age of 16 and 24
The following values are firmly embedded in
the charity and guide us in everything that we
do:
➤ Scale: we measure our achievements by the
extent they work for our customers
➤ Collaborative : We achieve impact by working
collaboratively with customers & partners
➤ Achieve: we set and achieve our goals in
relation to our customer needs
➤ Leadership: We lead by example
➤ Execution: We commit to doing what we say
