Data Migration and Digitization

Particulars of Purchase
 Video, help and other study Tutorials will be available to the school
 One school gets one license of using the software for one year.
 An AMC (Annual Maintenance Charge) will be taken at the rate of 22% of the signed
P.O. Amount if the school wills for the Annual Maintenance Support.
 The School will appoint an ERP Manager, who will be responsible for co-coordinating
the schools resources with the Engineers of DUCC.
 The Daily BackUp of the software is completely the responsibility of the client. DUCC
holds no responsibility of any data.
 All Hardware and networking related issues will be borne by the client.
 DUCC may (On School’s needs) provide consultancy support for Hardware and
Networking
 A LOG BOOK will be maintained by the client for every meeting which DUCC engineers
have with the school.
 All payments will be received in cheques in favor of “DUCC Systems”, New Delhi.
 Any disputes (if arise) will be settled by the Delhi Jurisdiction, Delhi, India.
 Every engineer visiting the campus after the training to the staff will be payable at the
rate of ` 500, per day 3 hours visit. If outside Delhi, lodging and fooding will provided
by the client
