This document proposes a 3-phase program to improve plastic tableware and fulfillment services for Saudi Airlines. Phase 1 involves planning, including researching tableware trends, evaluating competitor designs, and developing an operational plan for a dedicated fulfillment center in China. Phase 2 is manufacturing the new tableware according to the plan. Phase 3 launches the fulfillment center to receive, inspect, package, and ship orders on demand to Saudi Arabia, providing quality control and branding services. The goal is to significantly upgrade Saudi Airline's services and customer experience through careful planning, replacing current tableware, and overhauling fulfillment processes.
