• Review and comment on contractor safety manuals to ensure they comply with all
contract documents, OSHA standards.
• Perform construction site visits and draft observation reports;
• Verify the third party’s fitness certificates of cranes & heavy equipments and operators of
the contractor.
• Review Permit to Work and Method Statements;
• Review competency and qualifications of contractor safety representatives;
• Review contractor accident report analysis and investigations to determine root cause,
corrective action to prevent recurrence;
• Attend and participate in meetings when assigned;
• Flexibility for both jobsite visits assignments and technical manual approval work as

 Supervising all the site safety officers and coordination with the consultants as well.
 To advise on the provision a safe working environment for employees by adhering to the

 Assist in the development of the Project Health and Safety Plan and monitor for its
