What we do
Satispay is a mobile payment system completely independent from debit/credit card networks and banks.
Satispay works with any bank or mobile operator so that everyone can:
• pay affiliated offline stores (both shops and freelancers)
• pay affiliated e-commerce
• exchange money with friends
• donate to non-profit organisations
All types of businesses are able to accept payments made through our application:
• without the need to acquire a POS
• without service activation costs
• without monthly fees
Thanks to our remote identification system, consumers and merchants are able

Satispay brand as well as the IT platform and is focused on R&D
and Marketing activities.
• Satispay Ltd (the regulated UK company) uses technologies
owned and developed by Satispay S.p.A. and handles regulatory
requirements like Compliance, Risk Management, Treasury and
Anti-money Laundering.
All contracts, related to the financial service, are subscribed by
consumers and merchants directly with Satispay Ltd.
