The SAS allows clients to 1) register users, 2) create and schedule web conferencing sessions, 3) invite participants to sessions, 4) allow access to recorded sessions, and 5) generate usage reports and export data. There are three types of sessions that can be created: meetings, courses, and drop-ins. Meetings can be one-time or open, and participants can be invited via email. Courses allow for longer-term sessions with enrollment. Drop-ins combine aspects of meetings and courses. The SAS also supports creating and managing five user roles, as well as utilities for files, contacts, enrollment, and reporting.
