The SAFER Initiative is a social enterprise project that applies research findings to address identified social needs in child protection training for schools and support for referred families. The research identified a welfare gap that the SAFER Initiative aims to address by creating a project to provide these services. The document outlines setting up the structure and funding of the project, working with partners in an early pilot project, and plans for a regional and national launch in the future.
