2. Max Stock Report (ZMSTOX)
 The Report has maximum no of output fields with
minimum no of input fields which will take longer
period to fetch the data from the maximum no of
tables, we are trying in optimizing the program to
fetch report , let us know the accuracy of the data
and try to run the background job for minimum
periods like one month or two months,
Kindly share the output.
 ZMAX (Maximum Stock Report) report has maximum
no of fields in the output, the data in report
incorporated with maximum no of tables , ZMAX
transaction will take maximum time to fetch the
data in the respective fields

3. Inventory ageing ZAGE
 Stock type should reflect whenever the stock
uploaded with Mvt type along with special stock
indicators like Q& E
Sales Order & Project stock are Hard-coded
Kindly confirm us the which stock type should be
Hard-code for normal stock with movement types
101, 309, 561, 991 and 952 as provided in the FS.

4. PO WF issues
 We need to check the triggering of the workflow in the
existing system along with triggering technically on extra
conditions. Fixing the bugs related to
excel sheet and bugs related to the release strategy not
getting changed. We need to kill the flow for unwanted
scenarios. Making changes in the workflow for making it
debugging enabled and
setting it back for background processing. We need to make
changes in the applicable BADI, perform unit Testing on
each changes. Subsequently we also need to test all kind of
scenario’s based on the changes updated in the
BADI/Workflow program and need to check each and every
process are working
fine after the changes. The testing scenario have then
should be individually tested in quality server as well

5. Serial number in material master
 Requirement gathering to be done
1. Serial Number Profile configuration for Material
- If the serial Number Profile assigned to material
master , serial number will be activated for
those materials ONLY
2. During Goods Receipt/Goods Issue, Serial Number's
should be maintained Each and every
quantity , for the serial number activated materials
3. Through MMBE transaction , serial number details
can be able to check .

6. Transfer posting issues
 We have checked and found that posting was
possible because we had set a warning message
when you enter a different sales order no in
destination tab. When the user entering sales
order ignores that warning message and post only
the posting will happen. We are going to make the
warning message to error message so as to restrict
posting. Is this fine?

7. Book Stock / Last Purchase Date
 T code: ZBOOKSTOCK
 Working fine in QAS

8. Amendments in PO reports
 We need to amend the following PO reports by adding additional columns
in:
ME2J
ME2K
ME2L
ME2M
ME2N
Additional columns needed are :
- Requisitioned
- Requirement Tracking Number.
- Gross value
- Discount value
Need to include user name in selection screen of all the above reports.

9. Delivery schedule in PO reports
 We need to add Delivery date / schedule columns
in the following PO reports:
ME2J
ME2K
ME2L
ME2M
ME2N
