• Fixing the P1 customer issues in Production environment by sitting with developers within
SLA time.
• Deploying the new projects on time in Prod after representing through CAB Process
• Acting on space issues in Prod server by deleting unwanted batches using Captiva
Administrator Console.
• Maintaining and optimize ongoing system performance.
• Any changes in paths, or updating configuration file and in dll updation will be deployed in
production as per business needs to minimize manual intervention.

factors :
- Dependent jobs of ON_HOLD doesn't run, but dependent jobs of ON_ICE
runs as it succeeded.
- ON_ICE job doesn't run till next day, when it puts off ice and starting condition
met, while ON_HOLD.jobs runs soon after you put it OFF HOLD and its starting
conditions met.
