Sandra Huskinson is interested in how technology can support workplace learning and how peer coaching helps learning. She is motivated by rapid changes in workplace technology and how research can aid workforce learning. She finds inspiration from seeing students develop coping strategies, colleagues innovating in difficult situations, and tutors/moderators on this MOOC. To further her research, she will investigate UK government digital literacy projects, potential collaborators, and previous literature on this topic. Her next steps are to conduct a literature search, review UK projects, and compile a list of interested collaborators starting with work contacts.
