I am XYZ, student of class IM32, student number IB280790, IBMS at University Name & City name.
I am a dedicated and motivated student pursuing semester X. Unfortunately, I am facing financial problems
from last few months. Which in December, 2013 proved to make it harder for me to pay my monthly tuition
fees and therefore my student ID and all other relevant services at University Name are blocked till date.
Proves of this incident can be provided on demand. Nevertheless, I took loan from a friend and paid the tuition
fees. But this whole scenario has distracted me to concentrate on my studies properly and developing a lot of
stress for me.
On the other hand, my family cannot support me for all the dues, given the inflation rate and other Eco-political
problems in Country Name. Thus to tackle with the problem, I have started to apply for full time jobs
in Country or City Name as I can speak English, German and six South-East Asian languages fluently. Apart
that, I can work in Country Name legally, given the strict legal obligations and so forth in Europe. Thus
having all these aspects into considerations, I am allowed to work in Country or City Name on full time basis.
Dear board of director(s), given this unpleasant situation, I would like to request you to please allow me to
freeze the upcoming semester Starting date of Semester. Thus I can work and save money to finance my
studies for upcoming period 2014 – 2015, semester start from September, 2014. If I am given the chance to do
so, I will not be a defaulter at University Name, which in turns will save my career and give me the
opportunities to further carry on my studies. I am also looking forward to work part-time in upcoming school
year.
